Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for availing our  Service. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and availing our Service, whether it may be for Website Development.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are generally not applicable once the development work has commenced.
   • Refunds may be considered if there are technical issues or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications.
2. Cancellation during the Development Phase:
   • If you choose to cancel the project during the development phase, a cancellation fee may apply based on the work completed and resources invested.
3. Cancellation after Completion:
   • Once the project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
4. Failure to Provide Services:
   • In the event that [Your Company Name] is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation Process:

1. Notification:
   • Clients must notify Chessian Consultants (admin@chessianconsultants.com) in writing (via email or official correspondence) of their intent to cancel the project.
2. Cancellation Fee:
   • A cancellation fee may apply, and the client will be informed of any applicable charges.
3. Refund Process:
   • If eligible for a refund, the refund process will be initiated within 30 Days after the cancellation is approved.

Refund and Course Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Chessian Consultants Pvt Ltd website you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy and the points below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: ONLINE CLASSROOM LEARNING

Chessian Consultants Pvt Ltd , reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

• The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day’s session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
• No refund will be provided on discounted courses.
• No refund will be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
• If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule, then no refund will be provided.
• Raise refund request within 7 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
• In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.
• Note: All refunds will be processed within 20 working days of receipt of the refund request.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• No refund will be provided and access will be revoked, if anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.
